In the past a lot of people asked us to save them a place and then just didn't bother to turn up. This resulted in us running half empty classes,. For this reason we no longer offer pay on the day classes and payment is 'a month in advance' .
To confirm your spot in the class payment for the first month / part month (if applicable) must be made online ahead of attending the class
If you change your mind about attending our classes BEFORE your first block of classes starts AND you give us at least 14 days notice, we will refund you in full., less a £5 admin and card processing fee. If you give less than 14 days notice but at least 7 full days, we will refund 50% of the fee you paid. Cancellations for the entire month with less than 7 days notice are non refundable. This is because, at the time you booked we allocated that place for you and it was no longer available for anyone else to book. If you change your mind and leave mid-month then no refund of fees is applicable.
The place you have in the class is yours for as long as you wish to continue, provided you continue to pay the class fee for each month within the allocated time (usually by the penultimate week of the current month) We will send you an email with a payment link giving you one full week to 'checkout'. If you don't re-book by that time then your place is released to others who may want to join the class. If you don't want to continue then please let us know.
We stop classes for all local council school holidays. You can also take one month of the year as a month off (for a holiday for example) and we will keep your place in the class provided you have pre-paid for the month following your return. The terms applying to 'reserving a place' above apply in this instance.
If you miss your usual class we can offer you an online zoom class or an alternative class that week or access to the online video tutorials, all without further charge - just ask ;)
The place you have in the class is yours and yours alone, so when you take days off here and there the fee for that class is still applicable. Therefore please prioritise your Tai Chi class and arrange other events around it
It is also a condition of booking that if you are at all unwell that you do not attend class - this includes a lingering cough following a cold / sort throat/ sneezing etc. Although this may mean you miss a class you have paid for, it also means that you can exercise in a healthy environment the rest of the time. You can use the credit for your missed class by taking an additional (second) weekly class when you are better, or you can have access to our video channel instead for the remainder of the month or join us for a class on Zoom .
