Beginners Tai Chi and Qigong classes in Surrey & Hampshire

Welcome to Surrey & Hants Tai Chi & Qigong

Teaching Tai Chi, Qigong, Meditation and Mindfulness as a therapy for body, mind and spirit

I'm Cherry Collins - that's me in the pic above. I hope to help you embark on your new Tai Chi & Qigong journey :)

If you are a beginner wanting to explore the considerable therapeutic health  benefits of Tai Chi and Qigong  you've just clicked the right link.  I currently teach 20 + classes a week, daytimes and evenings and help around 300 people a week to learn and experience the benefits of Traditional Tai Chi & Qigong exercise. It's my full time job, my hobby and my passion!

All classes on THIS website are  suitable for new beginners. 


We also have another website for returners and improvers with considerable experience of Chen Taijiquan, (martial arts based Tai Chi) Beijing 24 Tai Chi and Health Qigong  at  listing all of our classes, including classes that are suitable for those with some considerable previous experience. Please stay on this current website if you are a beginner as it is easier to find a class suitable for your level.

Our classes operate on a pay-only-when-you-come basis, £7 with a £2 discount for your second class in the same calendar week
