GENERAL INFO
The classes introduce beginners to the principles of Tai Chi & Qigong, correct posture and underpinning understanding. We will learn a traditional series of movements called a form. Tai Chi & Qigong have been proven to reduce stress and anxiety, improve mood and sleep, help with relaxation, balance and posture and promote overall good health.
You can leave the class by letting us know that you won't be renewing at the end of a block of classes.
Fees are normally paid in a block of 6 classes, video tutorial library access for home practice is included. Use this resource when you miss a class or we have a week off, and for additional practice between classes if you have time.
Autumn 2024 beginner classes started on 2nd/ 3rd September
We continue with further blocks thereafter and generally stop in end of term school holidays, although we can't guarantee this as some schools take different holidays to others.
