Our members have video access included with their class subscription and will receive the password via email.
This is a 'self-service' library. The videos are organised in the 'sets' or 'forms' which are taught in class, under your class day/time but they are not actual recordings of the classes themselves.
Following along to the movments of the sets listed under your class day/time will be beneficial, although not essential. Generally the videos for the movements are listed in the order that they are taught in class, so start at the beginning and follow along to the last one which you are familiar with. If you have missed a class, then carry on with the first movement which is unfamiliar to you as a catch-up. sorry, we don't have the admin time available to reply to emails asking 'what did i miss/ which video shall i follow', just do the next one.
A very famous Qigong set , also known as 8 precious treasures and 8 sections of brocade, can be performed traditionally (empty handed) or with 'stress balls' - see last video of the series by clicking pic above

We often finish a class with this short Qigong set which was taught to me by Ben, my first teacher. Ben was unsure of the origins of the set but believed it to come from the Southern Chinese Martial Arts tradition. I just call it 'Ben's Qigong'.
